Zone Chemicals (Pty) Ltd was established in February 1997 by two friends, Etienne de Beer and Laurence van Niekerk, who had a vision for manufacturing and supplying chemical solutions that were of high quality, yet still affordable. They set out as a two-man team, and today, Zone Chemicals (Pty) Ltd employs more than a hundred people and have a national footprint with branches in Pretoria, KwaZulu-Natal, and Cape Town.

Both Etienne and Laurence have more than twenty years of experience in chemical engineering and have utilised their extensive experience and knowledge to create, and continuously expand on, a product range that offers solutions for any industry or home.

Initially specialising in the manufacture and distribution of specialised industrial chemical products to the metal-, paper and water treatment industries, we now have an extensive range of products to serve any industry. In addition, we are uniquely positioned to develop tailor-made and specific product solutions for our clients’ various individual problem areas. Our product range also includes a wide choice of consumables which ranges from brushware to paper products.
